Three simple steps
Create the vacuum
The cylinder is placed and the pump removes air at the push of a button, drawing blood into the penis.
Place the tension ring
Once an erection is achieved, the ring slides from the cylinder to the base of the penis to keep blood in place.
Remove the cylinder
The cylinder comes off and the erection is maintained. The ring is removed within 30 minutes.
